On March 1, 2021, Convergent Claim Services acquired Minute Men HR Management of Wisconsin (MMHR-WI), a long-establish, highly respected TPA located in Appleton, WI, centered on servicing Self-Insured Municipalities in Wisconsin.

 

Established in 1988 under a local agency, the MMHR-WI office brings exceptional claim adjuster talent and solid customer allegiance to the similarly built Convergent platform. This acquisition perfectly complements Convergent’s strategy for growth in this targeted, middle-market segment for Insureds in captives, high-deductible,

or self-insured programs.

 

For more than 20 years, Convergent CS has delivered nationwide Property & Casualty Adjusting Services to these underserved clients by way of exceptional customer service and professional, expert adjusters utilizing cutting edge technology. We provide cost-effective, client-integrated, smart claim results supporting proactive risk management programs.   

 

We anticipate MMHR-WI data conversion and full system assimilation to be completed by June 2021. The acquired WI client base will benefit from much improved technology, longstanding solid claim handling, and an improved overall Risk Management product.
