We built and successfully developed our TPA program beginning in 2000, based on a partnership with one local brokerage firm, who could not find a national TPA to properly service their book of high-deductible clients.

To correctly implement service commitments, we focused on both the insured and insurance company needs required to deliver the highest level of service ever seen in this industry. We went well beyond the established industry benchmarks by re-writing best practices and developing adjusters that exceed client expectations, every time.
Convergent is a natural rebrand of two prior unique exclusive
agency driven Third-Party Administration companies.

Developed program Strategy still used today.

Partnered with brokerage firm who was unable to find a national Third-Party Administration (TPA) to properly service their book of high-deductible clients.

2003
Dramatically grew client base by structuring handling to identify and solve the needs these highly involved clients required. This gave the brokerage firm a strong competitive edge in the market segment.

Built Wentworth Claim System, our proprietary RMIS.

2017
Split from broker relationship, recognizing the dire need for services to be outside of contract broker relationship.
2018
Rebranded as Convergent, a natural rebrand of two prior unique TPA services.
2019
Established partnerships with companies who share the same philosophy, vision, and goals.
