Wentworth was not purchased and then allowed to define how Convergent handles claims. It was developed around our operating model, supporting the way our professionals evaluate, communicate, and remain accountable for the work.
 

Because the system belongs to Convergent, it can evolve alongside our service commitments and the changing needs of our clients. We are not required to fit a client’s program into technology built for someone else.
 

Wentworth does not replace the adjuster or reduce claims to automated transactions. It keeps technology in its proper role: supporting experienced people, strengthening accountability, and making our work easier for clients to understand.
 

Wentworth reflects how Convergent operates. It does not dictate it.
